Panos Marcoullis is the director and the current chief executive officer of Cyprus Dot MD, Limited ("CMD"). He has held both positions at CMD since its inception in 2014. His focus and expertise is in gaging feasibility against sunk cost and assessed risk in investments whose modus operandi is a project or projectization. The target country for his work has been Cyprus since the 2013 bailout of the banking system, after which the general economy of Cyprus was disrupted, and put on an equal footing (open to new entrants) with other EU analogs.
